Workshop Topics- 4 total, the topics are not combined- however, depending on your organization's needs you may require more than 1 workshop.

1) Team Building
2) Change Management
3) Strategic Planning
4) Leadership Development

Designed to captivate and inform, these interactive sessions encourage active participation from every attendee. Through lively discussions, breakout sessions, and opportunities for feedback, participants will delve deep into the subject matter, gaining valuable insights and perspectives along the way.

We will break each Workshop down into manageable segments, with all attendees participating and having a voice in the information gathered and discussed. Instructions will be provided at the beginning of the workshops to explain its purpose, and the expectations of participants. Participants will be made aware of all breaks and activities scheduled. Robinson Burks will work to address the essential areas specific to each client’s needs prior to the scheduling of a workshop or presentation. The length of each workshop and presentation may be determined by the number of anticipated attendees.
Presentation Topics
Using Your Voice: Stop and Listen and You will Hear Your Individual Values & Worth Loud and Clear
This topic is all about giving your values a voice. It is about speaking up for what you believe in. You don’t have to go along with something that you know or believe to be wrong. Speaking up may not always be the best thing for your career, so what other ways can you let your values be heard and also know your worth?
Why Assuming May Lead to Valuable Skills Being Overlooked and Unique Talents Being Underappreciated
This topic is about Emotional Intelligence- how quickly we “assume” we know something and make quick judgement calls. But in reality, it is what we may personally think based on our own experience, but may have nothing to do with the situation before you. Stopping to evaluate a situation before jumping to conclusions may be beneficial to the success for teams and organizations.
Silencing your team and their input says more about your insecurities than their abilities.
This topic is for leaders or managers who silence their entire teams. What is your fear? No one is perfect, you are human and you will make mistakes. It’s ok. Learn from your mistakes and learn from your teams.
Do You Know and Appreciate the Myriad Skills and Talents of Your Team?
Get to know what excites people and, what motivates them. Understanding
someone’s skills may also help leaders and coworkers understand how others think and link information together. It may establish new lines of communication for entire teams.
When the Silencing Tactics Amongst Those in Leadership Roles Are Due to Insecurity and/or Jealousy
Have you ever felt that your manager does not like you and they give you the silent treatment or avoid you unless they just have to engage with you? The concern may not be you, but them.
The Power of Self-Confidence and Self-Worth, Why Are They So Frightening to Some?
Not everyone has self confidence and for those who do, you are often mis-labeled. You walk and talk differently, because you know who you are that can be scary to others, but never make yourself small to make someone else feel normal.
The art of respect: Some teams may not like one another, but become successul when they learn to respect each other.
Understanding the value of respecting teammates.
