About Robinson Burks Consulting
The Robinson Burks Consulting team is trained in Organizational Development (OD) methods, theories and concepts that promote strategic planning, leadership development, change management and team building. We offer our program in a variety of platforms, including motivational speaking presentations as well as workshops that may range from a few hours to full weekend sessions, depending on the size and needs of our client. The team at Robinson Burks are also trained in educating clients on various OD concepts which allows us to apply alternate OD theories and models. We provide clear explanation on how these theories and concepts are applied in real-world organizational contexts, while being cognizant of the client’s organizational culture. Additionally, Robinson Burks Consulting educates clients on the positive benefits of full employee engagement.

I am Dr. Denie Burks, a retired Associate Professor of Business with a former career in the corporate arena. Upon observing what I saw as bullying tactics and attempts to silence outspoken individuals who displayed a strong sense of self and self-confidence I began searching for ideas and concepts that would allow females an opportunity to work collaboratively while learning from one another the enormous value add to an organization when everyone’s voice is heard. Robinson Burks strives to encourage those in leadership positions as well as their direct reports to actively “hear” one another’s voices, appreciate unique skills and support each other’s goals and desires.
